Shera says : Our Mango Chicken Curry was our very first meal which we ever created here at Karri Kitchen.  Curries are eaten all year round in South-East Asian Cuisine & this signature curry dish was created in the summer time as we wanted to offer a summery curry to the Northern Irish Market.  The meal was created & we took it around various shops & people loved it & started stocking it!  The Curry is very refreshing & to this day it still remains our best-seller here at Karri Kitchen. People always complement on the mango sauce & how refreshingly tasty it is.  It is a yellow curry sauce which is sweet tasting & which contains turmeric which is a staple in the diet of the people of Indonesia.  Tumeric is a wonderful spice which we use in a lot of our dishes as it has been said that there are many benefits of Tumeric when added to one’s diet.
