I have bought these ribeyes a number of times as well as from various other butchers and supermarkets. These are the best quality for the price that I have come across, with others being of ery poor quality or much more expensive, and they are very tasty and cook well.
Ordering with delivery is very easy and it is great to order a number of these to keep in the freezer and have quality steaks to hand for use over the next while.

It was delicious but even pressure cooking in an instant pot took 1 & 1/2 hours before it could be shredded. With shrinkage I would double my order next time.
