It's far from my first purchase from kerrigans. I have to be honest and say despite slow cooking it was as tough as old boots. Not that I'm into eating old boots normally. However, next doors dog has happily been chewing away forever on it.
Tasted old
Sear, then slow cook in broth for a couple hours to make a great pulled beef. Ideal for lasagna, tacos, etc.
Very good quality, freezer and friendly.
