Shera McAloran; the owner of Karri Kitchen is originally from Indonesia, thus when developing the dish, she wanted it to be as authentic & true to healthy Indonesian Cuisine as possible. The Karri Kitchen Nutty Chicken Satay Dish has a sweet, peanut type flavour & its consistency is a lot more creamier than some of the other dishes in the Karri Kitchen range. It is a slightly heavier meal with 36g of protein (coming from the chicken as well as the ground nuts); although all of the dishes at Karri Kitchen are high in protein.
