Chicken Fajita Wholewheat Wraps Recipe

Chicken fajita wholewheat wraps recipe
Makes 6 large or 8 small warps
Filling suitable for home freezing
● 3 chicken breasts cut into thin strips
● 1 red pepper cut into strips
● 1 yellow pepper cut into strips
● 1 large red onion chopped into strips
● 6 large ready made whole-wheat wraps to serve
● Chopped lettuce to serve
● 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

● 1 heaping tsp of ground cumin powder
● 1 big tsp of paprika
● 1/2 chili powder
● 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika
● 1/2 tsp ground pepper
● 1/2 tsp garlic powder
● 1/2 tsp onion powder
● 1/2 tsp dried oregano
● Sea salt to taste


1. Heat the oil in a non stick pan or a cast iron skillet. Add chicken and saute for few
mins, until they change the color from pink to white, for about four minutes.

2. Add the rest of the veggies and all the spices mentioned above, continue to fry
everything, mixing all the spices well for about 7 to 8 mins on medium high heat.
3. Warm the wraps as per the package instructions. To serve add chicken mixture,
lettuce, and serve warm. Enjoy!
