Are you a lover of pancakes? Then check out this easy-to-make mix by the geniuses at the Skinny Food Co. Making up to 10 pancakes, each one is only 27 calories. Add your favourite Skinny Sauce syrup to make for a whopper treat. How to use:

• Add 40ml of milk or water to a shaker / bowl, then add 1 table spoon (15g) and shake to mix, leave batter to rest for 1-2 minutes before adding to a preheated non stick pan with a light oil
• Cook gently for one and a half minutes on each side until evenly golden brown on both sides
