These Pork Fillets, also known as Pork Steaks, come from the most tender part of the pig.  Averaging 400g per Steak, we remove all visible fat so it's perfect for chopping up and adding to a quick, easy stir fry. Or you could try cutting into medallions and serve in a toasted Pitta bread. Delicious!
