Description
Our pale ham fillets are carefully prepared by our Craft Butchers to a low salt recipe using Irish Pork only. We debone them in house and meticulously remove any visible fat from the inside. The rind is left on so you can peel off after boiling and prepare the ham for roasting. They are juicy, full of flavour and the accompaniment to roast turkey on Christmas Day.
