*SOLD FROZEN*Low and slow is best for the Ox Tail. The ox tail has an unbelievably hearty flavour and works out as quite an inexpensive cut of beef.
To extract the deep rich flavours that ox tail provides, it is best to braise them on a low heat along with vegetables - similar to casserole dishes. Or you can add to your BBQ/Smoker with your preferred rub and cook from 3-5 hours on a low heat!
