- Nutritional Information
We cut these boneless pork chops from the centre of the loin. They are cut extra thick to retain their moisture and flavour while cooking. Oven bake, pan fry or grill.
Pork is a good source of complete protein, containing all the essential amino acids necessary for optimal growth, maintenance and repair of the body's tissues. Pork is also high in many B vitamins, important for energy metabolism and the formation of red blood cells, and many minerals, such as selenium and phosphorous, which have critical roles in a variety of processes including reproduction, immunity, bone and teeth formation, and energy production.
