Cowboy Steak


A Cowboy steak is an extra thick rib eye steak left of the bone.Typically a sharing steak for 2 people.By leaving the steak on the bone the steak will be extra juicy as the meat around any bone is more juicy.

The bone also adds adds some visual excitement.To cook we recommend to sear on both sides until you form a nice crust then finish in the oven to your liking.
