Kerrigans are chosen by the Kelly family to stock the World Renowned KellyBronze Turkey

We are delighted to announce that Kerrigans have been chosen by the Kelly family to be the excluisve stockists of the world renowned KellyBronze Turkey. After a meeting by chance in Stratford-upon-Avon where Barry met Toby at a food event. Toby flew to Dublin to understand the Kerrigans business more and Barry flew to London to visit the farm and see first hand how the Kellys meticilasy manage every aspect of Turkey production. From the breeding of the birds to the hatching of the birds the enviroment the birds are free to ram and forage on a daily basis protected 24/7 by the farners to keep other wild animals away. They are then processed on site , dry aged , hand plucked and presented for the big day of the 25th December. So as you can see this is pretty much a 12 month operation to deliver what a lot of people consider to be the best turkeys in the world. The kellys have also brought their skill and knowlege to the USA where they have recently set up a farm there too with the ambition to deliver the same level of to the Americans.
