Our Coddle pack contains
- 10 Premium Sausages
- 800g Ham Pieces
- Carrots
- Onions
- Parsley
You just need to add Vegetable stock and 8/10 potatoes to make this classic Irish Dish.
Coddle Recipe
Peel all the potatoes and dice. Take half of them and add the a large pot with the diced onion and vegetable stock.Let simmer for 30 mins. Add in the Ham pieces and sausages and simmer for 60 mins. Add the remaining potatoes and cook for another 30 mins. Chop parsley and use to garnish the dish when serving and season with a touch of white pepper.

Storage
Keep Refrigerated in between 0 o C to 4 o C. Not Suitable for home freezing
