Our Geese are sourced from Mary Walsh who is located on the outskirts of Kilkenny city in the small townsland of Shellumsrath.Their volume of production is small by industry standards ensuring that the highest standards are maintained.Hatched in April and cared on the family farm 7 days a week and dry plucked by hand.Possibly the best Geese in the Country.
**Please note these Geese are delivered fresh for Christmas and will be frozen if needed for New Years**
