Shera says : Our Thai Green Chicken Curry is a much more fragrant rather than spicy dish, due to the basil content in the dish which also gives it a sweet aftertaste. A very refreshing dish; perfect for any time of the year, whether winter or summer. We try to aim here at Karri Kitchen for a zero waste policy as much as what we can as we well & truly care for the environment. With this fragrant curry, we use the remainder of the broccoli stocks left over from the dishes where we use the broccoli florets. This contributes greatly to our Corporate Social Responsibility Policy & in addition the broccoli stocks actually contain the same amount of vitamins & minerals as the broccoli florets.
