48 hour smoked Brisket of beef Burgers with added Wagyu fat for A taste sensation.

Cook to  >75°C prior to consumption:Place in pan with a little oil over a medium heat for 6-8 minutes or cook gently on the BBQ until internal temperature of 75°C is reached turning occasionally. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked before serving.
