Our Geese are sourced James Reilly from North Co Dublin.Himself and his team are a mutli award wining farm.The geese are hatched in April and enjoy thr run of the farm to nourish and flurish.These free range geese are what we like to call the champagne of poultry. Each goose is packed full of flavour and it the perfect showstopper for Christmas dinner.
