This dish has a warming effect on the body & you can really get a lovely hint of the rich pepper within the dish.  Once again our Irish Beef is locally sourced close to us in Craigavon.  Our beef supplier only choses prime quality steers & heifers. This dish is both typically a Chinese & an Indonesian dish.
